Description

The Tithe Barn is a large 15th-century stone barn located south of the Parish Church in Felmersham. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with some stones shaped into blocks, and features an old clay tile roof that has largely been renewed. The barn measures eight bays in length and has buttresses on the north elevation. On the south side, there are two large projecting gabled cart entrances. The building underwent extensive renovation and conversion into several residential units between 1980 and 1982. It is included in the listing for its group value.
