Description

The dovecote at Milton Ernest Hall, designed by William Butterfield, is located immediately north of the Hall. This structure is built of red brick and features an old clay tile roof. It has a hexagonal plan, small clasping corner buttresses, and a plinth. The dovecote has a plain wooden door with a two-light window above it, and a wrought iron sundial is positioned on top of the hexagonal pigeon entry at the roof apex. Additionally, there is a wrought iron bracket on the east side.
