Description

Knapwell Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 17th century or 18th century. It is built of coursed limestone rubble and features a concrete pantile roof with stone coping at the gable ends. The building has an L-plan layout and consists of two storeys and attics. The south elevation includes two hipped dormers and two three-light casement windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The ground floor has one similar three-light casement window and one single light window from the 20th century. There is a projecting wing at the west end that has a 20th-century porch located in the angle between the wings.
