Description
Old Pear Tree Cottage is a cottage, likely dating to the 17th or 18th century, that has been modernised and extended at the rear. The exterior is a combination of colourwashed plaster and exposed timber framing, with a thatched roof. A single-sided chimney is located centrally, opposite the front door. The cottage is primarily one storey high, with two eyebrow dormers in the roof.
