Description

Park Hall is a small country house dating from the early 18th century, with alterations and extensions made in the early 19th century and again in the late 19th century. The building is constructed of brick and has a tile roof, half-hipped to the left. It has two storeys and an attic, with six segmental-headed dormers illuminating the attic space.

The building is divided to the left of centre by a projecting three-storey bay of semi-octagonal plan, topped with a pyramidal roof. The second storey of this bay features boxed glazing bar sashes, matching those on the first floor. To the right of the bay are three windows from the early 19th century, also with glazing bar sashes; the ground floor windows have stone architraves and two-light casements. To the left of the bay, the original 18th-century section has a band marking each floor and includes four windows. It features 6-pane sashes and two-storey bow windows. A two-storey bow window is situated over the entrance, and another is located adjacent. The entrance itself is set between the bow windows and features an open pedimented doorcase supported by Doric columns, a fanlight, and a half-glazed two-leaf door.

Inside, the staircase behind the doorcase has turned balusters and a ramped handrail.
