Description
Winterdyne is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with some alterations from the late 19th century and mid-20th century. It is constructed of stuccoed brick and features a hipped slate roof.
The building stands three storeys high and has a modillioned cornice. It has three windows on the upper floors, which are glazing bar sashes set under segmental heads. The central window has a large lunette-shaped recess. On the second floor, there are six-pane sashes under segmental heads. The ground floor is advanced and has a flat roof with a parapet, featuring two bow windows, each with three glazing bar sashes. The central entrance is framed by a portico with two columns, and the entrance itself includes a large fanlight with a keystone and a two-leaf half-glazed door.
Inside, the property is reported to have plastered ceilings in the Adam style.
