Description

This is a house dating to around 1800, located on Lichfield Street in Stourport on Severn. The house is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. It is three storeys high and has three bays. A round arched entrance leads to a passage on the left-hand side. The central doorway features six panels, a traceried fanlight, and a pedimented case. Flanking the doorway are twelve-pane sash windows with flat-arched, gauged brick heads and stone sills. There are three similar windows to the first floor, each with a small wrought-iron balcony. The upper windows are replacements in original openings. A stone sill band runs along the first floor. The roof is finished with a stone coped parapet, and there are gable end stacks.
