This is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed cottage range with brick nogging, located on the west side of Village Street in Eckington. It features a tiled roof, casement windows, and modern dormers and chimneys. There is a projecting gable on the right side of the building. This cottage, along with the other listed buildings on the west side of Village Street, forms a group.
