Description

Ilex House is an early 19th-century building located on Village Street in Eckington. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys with two windows featuring sash frames, glazing bars, and stucco lintels. The entrance is situated on the left-hand return and includes a door with a moulded architrave and a lattice work porch, along with a rectangular fanlight above. Ilex House has group value with other listed buildings on the west side of Village Street.
