Description

Church Gate is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of Village Street in Eckington. It is constructed of red brick and stands two stories high. The façade features three widely spaced sash windows with stucco lintels. To the left, there is a shop. The central entrance has a door topped with an open pediment and an arched fanlight that includes radial bars. The building also has brick dentil eaves and is covered by a slate roof. It is part of a group of listed buildings on Village Street, which collectively hold historical significance.
