Ivy Cottage is a 17th century timber-framed cottage featuring painted brick nogging and a thatched roof with an eyebrow dormer. The cottage has casement windows. It is part of a group of listed buildings located on West Back Lane, which will be referred to as Boon Street. This group includes Hogarth House.
