Description
The Cottage is a house, dating to the 17th century, with timber framing and whitened brick nogging. It is two storeys high, featuring an 18th-century roof and first-floor sash windows. A modern porch has been added, and the roof is slate with gabled ends. The listed buildings in West Back Lane, together with Hogarth House, are considered to have group value, and the postal address is being amended to Boon Street.
