Description

Anchor Cottage is a late 16th-century building featuring a timber frame with whitened brick nogging. It stands two stories tall and has modern casements, an end stack, and a machine tile roof with gabled ends. There is a modern addition at the rear. All the listed buildings in West Back Lane, along with Hogarth House, form a group. The name West Back Lane is to be amended to Boon Street.
