Description

This sundial, located about 30 metres north of the Church of St Peter, is likely from the mid-18th century and has undergone repairs in the 20th century. It is made of ashlar stone and features a brass dial. The sundial is designed in the shape of a large turned urn baluster, with the brass dial positioned on top. The dial is inscribed with "I Pye fecit," and it has a painted metal gnomon from the 20th century.
