Description
Lloyd's Bank is a bank building constructed in 1915 by G H Hunt. It is made of snecked limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys with an attic and includes a drip course above the ground floor windows. The windows are rebated and chamfered, with mullions. On the ground floor, there are two five-light windows flanked by single-light windows, with the sill of the right-hand window raised to accommodate a night safe. The first floor has windows of three, five, five, and two lights. Above the central windows, there are two gables, each containing a narrow single-light window. The doorways on either side of the facade are chamfered with Tudor arches. The building has coped gables and chimneys located on the left and on the ridge between the gables.
