Description

15 and 16 The Pool are a pair of modest cottages dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century. The buildings have been significantly altered over time and feature a mix of stone, partly rendered surfaces, and some brick. They are two storeys high and generally have 19th century sash windows. Number 11 includes a stone chamfered three-light mullioned window, while the other windows have been modified. The doorways are plain, and the roofs are covered with stone and modern tiles. These cottages are included in the listing for their group value with the adjacent properties, Nos 10 to 12.
