Description

Avon House is an early 19th century building of stucco construction. It is two storeys high with four sash windows. Fluted giant pilasters are present at the sides, topped with moulded caps. A doorway features a Classical porch. A two-tiered bow window is located on the south side. The building has bold lined eaves and a hipped slate roof.
