Description

Friar's Mead is a 17th-century building located on the site of a 14th-century structure. It features a timber frame with roughcast brick and has one storey plus an attic. The right-hand side has a timber-framed gable, while the left portion includes one casement window and three gabled dormers. There is a modern gabled porch with a plain doorway, and the roof is tiled with wrought iron finials on the gables. The building has undergone significant modern restoration.
