Description
Old Post Office and Willow View is a cottage range from the 17th century that was altered and extended in the 19th century. It is constructed from blue lias stone and has a plain tile roof. The original layout consisted of a two-room plan, with an addition at the east end made later. The building features one ridge stack and an east end wall stack. There are three dormer gables from the 19th century, which have brick heads. The iron casements with top lights remain in two of the dormers. On the ground floor, there are two three-light stone mullioned windows with hoodmoulds and hollow chamfer mouldings. The east end includes two casement windows with brick cambered heads. A modern house has been added at the west end, but it is not included in this listing.
