Early C19. Stucco. 3-storeys. 3 windows. 3-light sashes with new frames, stucco lintels with keyblocks. Semi-circular 2nd floor windows. Centre door, panelled, pilasters, fan-light with radial bars, hood on console brackets. Moulded eaves with modillions, Hipped tile roof. Band at 1st and 2nd floor levels.

Hollyhouse, Manor Farmhouse and Barn at Manor Farm form a group.
