Description

This building, located on Bridge Street in Newhaven, dates back to the 17th century. It features a timber frame with whitened brick nogging that is partly covered in cement render. The roof is thatched, and there are casement windows. A modern door is set beneath a tiled hood. The cottage is known as "Old Timbers" and is occupied by Haines, along with two other cottages, forming a group with Mrs. Lampitt's cottage.
