Description

Old Timbers is a 17th-century cottage located on Bridge Street in Lower Moor. It features a timber frame with plaster infill, small casement windows, and gabled dormers. The roof is tiled with gable ends, and there are chimneys at each end of the building. Old Timbers, along with the nearby properties occupied by Haines, Nos I and 2 (Oakleigh), and the cottage occupied by Mrs. Lampitt, form a cohesive group of historic buildings.
