No. 69 is a house that is part of a terrace and is now used as a restaurant. It dates from the 16th or 17th century, with later additions and alterations, including a facade from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a plain clay tile roof, with a stack on the left rear roof slope that has a circular cross-section at the top. There is timber-framing visible on the end and internal walls. The house has a single-depth plan with a later wing added to the rear left. It stands two storeys tall and features three first-floor windows, which are 2/2 sashes set in plain reveals with sills. The shop windows and doors on the ground floor are all from the mid to late 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
