Description

The Coach House and Stable at The Cedars, built around 1855, is a single-storey structure designed in the Italianate style. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has folding coach house doors on the end wall, and the gable includes a segment-headed window with an oculus above. A decorative band runs around the building, and it has a low-pitched roof with projecting eaves. To the left, there is a stable door flanked by windows. The coach house and stable form a cohesive group with No. 224 (The Cedars), as they were built at the same time and share a similar architectural style. The interior has not been inspected.
