Retaining wall, steps with intermediate spurs to terrace of south facade of Witley Court. c1860, contemporary with remodelling of Court by S Daukes and garden by Nesfield for Lord Ward, later first Earl of Dudley. Stone quadrant wall with 2 end and 2 central spurs to east of central steps formerly bases for 4 gigantic reclining lions (missing), semi-circular wall to eastern angle, steps and walls to east no longer intact.
