Description
The enclosing screen wall with alcove, located west of the Orangery at Witley Park, was built around 1860 as part of the work done by architect S. Daukes for Lord Ward, who later became the first Earl of Dudley. This wall is situated at the rear of the Orangery and extends to the west, continuing at right angles and ending with an alcove in an apsed exedra that is also at right angles to the main range. The structure is made of rendered brick.
