Description
This is a mid-19th century building of four storeys, constructed of stucco. It comprises four bays, originally containing two windows each. The windows are hung sashes with glazing bars; those on the second floor are set within decorative, moulded surrounds. The first floor features canted bays of three lights, with hung sashes and glazing bars. The ground floor has been altered with a modern shop front at number 22, and a curved shop front at number 20. The shop front at number 20 displays slight Art Nouveau influence, with thin column mullions, decorated spandrels, and a curved entablature.
