Description

The remains of a churchyard cross, likely dating from the 14th century, are located about 7 yards south-east of the nave of the Church of St. Michael. This structure is made of sandstone and is raised on a square, three-stepped plinth. It features a square base with chamfered upper corners that create an octagonal upper face, which includes a pointed arched niche on the west side. At the center, there is a truncated cross shaft set in a square hole, also with chamfered corners, and a sundial positioned on top.
