Description

North Malvern House Flats, located at 12 Belvoir Bank, is an early 19th-century building. It stands three storeys tall and is rendered with a hipped slate roof that features wide eaves. The façade includes four hung sash windows with glazing bars, and there is a band at the cills of the first-floor windows. The ground floor has three windows, along with a modern door and a glazed door that is topped by a rectangular fanlight. This entrance is sheltered by a columned porch with an entablature, though it lacks a cornice. Additionally, there is a wrought-iron sign bracket present.
