Description

Bath Villa dates to the early 19th century. It is a two-storey building constructed of painted brick, with a Welsh slate roof and end stacks. The villa features two full-height canted bays, each with three windows. These windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A single, similar window is located centrally above a panelled door, which is topped with a rectangular fanlight set within a rendered arch. A later red-brick rear wing is distinguished by its diagonal-set brick eaves cornice.
