Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Worcester Road. It is two storeys high with a rough rendered exterior, a slate roof, and wide eaves. The prominent feature is the presence of two large, full-height, semi-circular two-window bows, each containing one window on the ground floor. These bows are positioned on either side of a central portico, which has a cornice and blocking course, and conical slate roofs. The windows are hung sashes with glazing bars. A panelled door provides entrance. To the right is a two-storey wing featuring one window and a coping that curves upwards to meet the main roof line. The building was originally known as "Rose Garth."
