Description

Reeves Cottage is a 17th-century house that was originally two cottages. It features a timber-framed structure with painted brick and plaster panels, arranged in a square framing of 13 by 3 panels. The cottage is one and a half storeys high and has a thatched roof that is half-hipped at the west end. There is one ridge stack and one stack located at the northwest corner. The south front has two dormers and two doors with flanking windows, while the north side has irregular casements. The east end of the north side projects slightly, which may indicate the original part of the house, with later extensions added to the west. Additionally, a bread oven projects from the north wall.
