Description

Cottage Farmhouse is a 1744 building located on Balsall Holly Lane. It is constructed of red brick and features an old tiled roof. The farmhouse is one storey high with attics and includes a gabled casement dormer. The flush casement windows are set under cambered arches. A gabled brick porch with a wooden door lintel adds to its character. The side gables are topped with brick copings. A plaque in the porch gable displays the date and the initials L and P, which likely represent the surname of the original owner.
