The Homestead is a 17th-century building that has been considerably restored. It features a timber frame with red brick nogging and an old tiled roof. The structure includes a gabled two-storey wing on the left side and a one-storey section with attics on the right, which has three gabled dormers. The windows are modern lattice casements.
