Description

The Vicarage is an early 19th-century enlargement of an 18th-century house located on Church Lane in Meriden. It is constructed of red brick and features both tiled and slated roofs. The building has two storeys and is designed in an L shape. It includes sash windows with glazing bars set under cambered arches. The entrance features a half-glazed door with an oblong fanlight, also with glazing bars, all framed by a hood supported on console brackets. The Vicarage is part of a group that includes the Church of Saint Lawrence, Church Farmhouse, Moat House, and The Glebe House.
