Description

The Rectory is an 18th-century L-shaped house located on Bethersden Road in Hothfield. It is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick, topped with a tiled roof featuring a wooden eaves cornice. The building has four sash windows, all with intact glazing bars. The entrance is framed by a doorcase that includes thin pilasters, a flat hood above, and a rectangular fanlight. The door itself has six moulded panels and is accessed by five steps.
