Description

Garden House is an early to mid 19th century building that stands two storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped tiled roof with a wide eaves cornice. The front has three sash windows, all of which retain their glazing bars. The left side elevation has some blank sections, and pilasters extend through both storeys. There is a porch with a round-headed arch. This building was formerly listed as the Lodge to Hothfield Place.
