Description
Meriden Hall is an early 18th century ashlar country house that has been divided into flats. It features a hipped Welsh slated roof behind a parapet and a slightly projecting pedimented center with rusticated quoins. The building has a 2:3:2 arrangement of sash windows with glazing bars. To the right, there is a lower recessed wing that contains stone mullioned 17th century casement windows on the lower storey and retains original fireplaces. Inside, the drawing room boasts an enriched ceiling and Ionic columns, along with an early 18th century staircase. Meriden Hall and The Old Stables are part of a group.
