Description

Four Elms Farmhouse is a timber-framed building dating from the 16th or 17th century. It has two storeys and features close studding on the ground storey and in the gable of the right-hand bay. The structure includes square panelling with braces and brick nogging in the gable. There are three renewed windows, comprising both three-light and two-light casements. The ground storey has a modern tile roof bay that adjoins the gabled portion, which has gabled ends and is covered with tiles. The building also has later brick stacks.
