Description

This is an early 19th-century house located in Summer Hill Terrace, Ladywood. It is built of rendered material and has a slate roof. The house is three storeys high and has five bays. The ground floor features a centrally located panelled door within panelled reveals, accompanied by a porch supported by Ionic columns and topped with a heavy entablature. Flanking the door are two windows. The first floor has five windows set on a plain band, while the second floor's windows are mostly composed of three panes rather than four. All the windows are sash windows, largely retaining their original glazing bars.
