Description

These are two pairs of semi-detached houses, located at 772 and 778 Pershore Road, dating from around 1840. They are constructed of stucco with a tile roof. Each pair is two storeys high and has six bays. The ground floor features banded rustication and a window, a door, two windows, a door, and two windows. The doors are flanked by pilasters and have an entablature, although the door of number 772 has been converted into glazed lights. All are within moulded round-headed arches with keystones extending up to the first-floor sill band. The windows are sash windows, though all but those at number 778 have been converted to casements and are set within shallow segment-headed arches. The second floor has six windows within moulded surrounds, with the windows above the doors being narrower than those above the ground floor windows.
