Description
This is an 1840s office and workshop building located on a corner site in Hockley, Birmingham. The building is constructed of red brick and occupies a corner position with Warstone Parade. The front elevation faces Warstone Lane and includes a bowed corner. It has three storeys and a low slate roof with a dentil eaves cornice to the front and corner. The windows have been altered but retain stucco flat arches and block sills. The main doorway is recessed and round-headed. A shopping range along the return has sill bands and iron glazing bar segmental arched windows. Behind the offices is a workshop range that runs along Warstone Parade.
