Description

This is an early 19th century red brick works, located at Number 27 George Street in the City Centre. The building is three and a half storeys high, with a hipped slate roof. The front elevation facing the road has two bays, while the side elevation has nine. It features sill bands and close-set camber arched windows with small panes in cast iron fixed frames. It was likely built as a screw or nail works.
