Description

Crosby Court is an early 19th century large rectangular shed constructed from red brick, likely originally used as an engineering erecting shop. It features a hipped slate roof with skylights and a ventilator that runs the length of the ridge, covered in corrugated slate. Inside, the roof is supported by substantial full-width oak double quern post trusses, with the main tie beam spliced and clamped to span the entire width.
