Description

Gothic Cottage is an early to mid-19th century pair of semi-detached houses located on Harborne Road. The frontages are stuccoed, with brick returns and a slate roof featuring bargeboards. The houses are two storeys high, with three bays, the outer two bays being advanced and broadly gabled. The ground floor includes a later canted bay window, a door for No. 393, more canted bay windows, a door for No. 391, and an altered sash window. The doors are set within modest frames, each with a rectangular fanlight. The first floor has sash and casement windows with Gothic glazing bars in a pattern of 3:2:2 over 3:2:3.
