Description

15 Yateley Road is a house built in 1901 and subsequently altered, designed by H J Buckland and E Haywood Farmer. It is an example of the Arts and Crafts style. The house has two storeys plus an attic, and was constructed with minimal stone dressings and a tile roof. The right-hand side features a large gabled bay with casement windows. A ground floor addition was made to the left, with the original roof extended to cover it, creating the appearance of recessed dormer windows in the first-floor gabled section. The interior has been altered.
