Description

No. 415 Hagley Road is a building from 1902, designed by J. L. Ball. It is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. The building has two storeys plus a modern attic and is composed of three bays. The ground floor includes a slightly off-centre gabled porch with a date plaque and a single light window to the left, along with two canted bay windows. The first floor has a central cross window and two three-light windows with transoms. All windows are fitted with leaded lights. The roof features three modern gabled dormer windows, and there is a modern garage to the right.
