There is a string band between the ground and first floors. The house has two storeys and an attic, with three steps leading up to an oak plank door that has a rectangular fanlight and a wooden porch. To the left of the door, there is one three-light casement window, and to the right, there are two three-light casement windows. On the first floor, above the door, there is one two-light casement window, with one three-light casement window to the left and two three-light casement windows to the right; all windows have glazing bars and are set in segmental arched openings. This house was the home of the historian Mary Dormer Harris.
