Description

This is a range of three cottages, now combined into a single dwelling, located on Lower Ladyes Hills. The visible facade dates to the 18th century, but it incorporates an earlier structure. The building is constructed of red brick set upon sandstone foundations. It has a steeply pitched, plain tile roof with gabled ends. The design is of one storey and an attic.

There are three segmental arched openings. A plank door is recessed within a 20th-century porch, and there are two two-light casement windows with glazing bars. Two dormers are set into the eaves; the dormer on the right is gabled, while the other has an eyebrow shape. To the left are 20th-century wooden garage doors. A single brick chimney stack is present.
