Description

Rosebank Southbank is a Neo-Tudor semi-detached pair of houses, built in the early 20th century. The buildings are two storeys tall with attics and feature two central gables. They have casement windows set beneath drip moulds and two central canted bay windows. Each house has a closed porch with a parapet and a four-centred doorway with chamfered arches. There is an arched projecting niche on the ground floor between the two houses. All the listed buildings in Upper Ladyes Hills form a group.
